Thanks for the photo! Is the tight spot around the sock opening, or above it under the pipework? That’ll help us work out where the M is getting obstructed and suggest the right placement.

Looking at the photo, the M should fit in the first sock opening, as long as the pipework above doesn't obstruct the top of the filter.

I think there's enough room down by the sock opening. My skimmer comes right up to wall
Was concerned about the motor/ roller matt area. I could turn skimmer around the other way
