New Fish Lighting Intensity

Hi guys so I just got my first fish today, 2 Gladiator Clownfish. I’m wondering what intensity should I put the lights on as far as whites, reds, blues and greens? I don’t want to make it too bright for them. I’ve been running them on moonlight as to not startle them. I have a current orbit ic led light.
