Can’t see fish clearly with low light and video length but not seeing imperfections leaves from elevated breathing, flukes or velvet and also water
Start with water change…. And add air stone
Recommended is prazi pro which is safe to use
Not sure if this is the same tank previously seen

The differential diagnosis here are:

Damage from flukes

Secondary bacterial infection after the flukes

Water quality problem (aeration looks ok)

Protozoan gill disease (velvet)

- the last one is what I’m worried about. If the breathing is getting worse, combined with two losses overnight, indicates a disease process like this.

@Jay Hemdal i am going to move all the inverts to the setup 20 gallon qt. Will do big water change slowly raise copper power to 1.5 then 2.0 max. I will also do API general cure as at this point you are right glycol in the Prazi pro will keep getting less effective whereas API general cures powder form will last much longer and won’t have an issue with biodegradation. Will snowflake eel be ok with copper power at 1.5ppm

Seeing pics, I see ich on rabbit and mucus cones likely mixed in with ich on hepatus blue
Coppersafe at 2.25ppm for a full 30 days monitored with Hanna brand copper test kit

Yes - the eel may stop feeding, but it will return to that once you drop the copper later on. You need to teach 2.25 ppm for active disease. I often go to 2.5 ppm, but the eel might not like that.

I recommend not ramping up the copper but getting the copper to level within 24 hours as the given disease gets a further chance to take hold of the fish. If using general cure, yes prazi will reduce effectiveness

@Jay Hemdal i know the live rock will absorb some of the copper and relaeae it so I will not overdose. If it at least stays around 1.75 to 2.0 will be in the clear thanks. I will wait a week before adding general cure so they can adjust to copper first

Go to at least 2.2ppm. Copper starts to take effect at 2.0 and you want slightly above

@Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081

First step complete water and transfer of inverts to 20 gallon qt done. What level of copper power should I have it at tonight?

You just need to ensure good mixing between partial doses, you might have time for 3 additions yet tonight - maybe get to 2
