Going to be different for everyone. With budget not a concern, people are going to have different preferences on shimmer / spread / controllability / form factor. What is most important to you? The dimensions of the tank are also super important. And what you want to grow.

Personally I think Kessil A500x in the middle with SKYs in a bank on either side is the ultimate in lighting performance and flexibility but the whole setup would look a mess above the tank. I personally run radion g5 blues perpendicular because i think they have the mounting form factor I want with good performance.

Look into Radions / Kessils / SKY / Straton / Coralcare / Orphek / Reefbrite / Reefi

Right now I'd probably go with the Neptune SKY but if not for those I'd pick Kessil over Radion. No reason other than the shimmer from kessil lights, but I i have no experience with either because unfortunately cost is a factor.
