Hi I just got av Google 8a. I went to look for my app to use my Aquanest M8 lights. I scanned the original code, and wont take it says it is not valid . I downloaded the app offered my play store and is completely different. I cannot get it to work or connect With the old app if it would not connect could still use AP mode, Goes straight to STA and wont connect


Any help? Tried to send a message to them. Nope wont go

If the vendor cannot or won't help, I'd probably start by doing a factory reset on the lights, and starting over.

I had to do this with my redsea reefleds, even without getting a new phone.

I had to do this with my redsea reefleds, even without getting a new phone.
That is exactly what I want to avoid right now. I cannot find any info on using them manually, and as I said the new app does not want to connect or accept the given password. I have a feeling that to get the app to work I will have to power them down, but if it does not work , and I cant use them manually I will lose all my coral. I will have to consider gating some back up lights to try it
