Hello all, I’m new to Saltwater keeping, and have had two freshwater tanks for a year already. I got a used 25 Gallon AIO waterbox and want to know if I should reseal the bottom. The guy used it for 4 years before moving to a bigger tank, and I think the bottom of the tank needs to be resealed due to wear and tear. See photo.

Do a water test. Fill it up with fresh water and take a look at it. If the water is protruding then yes seal it, if no water protrudes I think you’ll be fine. Also, you could just seal and and you’ll never have to think man I should’ve sealed it

DO YOU THINK TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS ARE MORE HELPFUL OR HURTFUL TO REEFING?
