I inherited an small 13.5gal saltwater tank, 3d and all dead or dying. ammonia high..HELP!!water changed, chems all perfect except ammonia, and live bacteria added, no good after 3d
Welcome! Saltwater fish and inverts are more sensitive than freshwater stuff. You need to make sure the nitrogen cycle is good and slowly add new inhabitants. If you overloaded the tank too fast the water can quickly reach toxic levels of ammonia and nitrites.
