Actually it states right on their website:They are doing the right thing as I'm sure any other manufacture will do should their reagents work similar. Hobbyist should heed the information and do the right thing. As far as your neutralizer baking soda or bicarb we'll have to wait and see what they say. I'm sure they will talk about it as that is pretty important. Especially if hobbyist have different container size constraints.
"It is a common aquarium additive that you may already have. It is is Calcium Hydroxide (Kalkwasser). Please add two tablespoons of it with 200 mL of water."
