Still haven't received any update or replacement lids yet . Now I realized I paid with credit card on the site rather than PayPal. But good thing I used my Chase Reserve...
You really just did a $70 chargeback because of two small blemishes on your dosing containers...?

Normally I don't respond to people like this, but name calling your customer is uncalled for. I gave over a month to make things right. If you need more time say so instead of outright lying. Attached conversation with seller and images and video I sent them.

Give me a shipping label and I'll send you back your little imperfections and return your money back from the chargeback.

Really strange behaviour as you were speaking up for him in this thread, and he still had you waiting all this time, then calling cracked lids “blemishes” , and wrongly bragging you couldn’t do a charge back...hard to make sense of this!

Because I lost $90 on this because he couldn't deal with having a small completely harmless crack/mark on the top back of the dosing containers.

It was a custom item made specifically larger for you, I can't resell it and I can't reuse any of the material.

Screw you and anyone who thinks that's fair.

I placed an order on February 2. Jesse advised me Feb 6 that it shouldn’t be too long. Yesterday (Feb 20) he told me as soon as shipping resumes my order should go out. I will give a fair review when I receive the product. I feel the wait times are longer than expected but hopefully the product is nice.

I allways send back anything I recieve that has damage or an imperfection. Whenever I buy an guitar as soon as it arrives I take it out of the box and inspect every single part of it for imperfections or dammage.

Ok so for those interested I finally received my shipment today, packaging was excellent. I waited about 5 weeks to receive my shipment which the website did say there are delays - fair. An honest opinion, not biased. I am really not happy with the quality. I have some 3D printed items and understand what can and cannot be done with this type of product. The dosing containers look bad, micro cracks at the bottom and the containers themselves look extremely marred and not really clear, they almost look used. I haven’t tried the product yet and I’m sure it WILL work, but I don’t believe I’ll be using them. Part of this hobby for me is the equipment, and while I’m definitely no professional, this doesn’t meet my standards. I will say Jesse was extremely professional with me and answered all of my emails in a timely manner, I have no issues with his customer service. This was just an honest review of a product.
