Noob from South Australia

Hi All!

Long time fan and admirer of tanks since I was young. I had a month off work in December and decided to start my reefing journey to fill the time and keep my brain active.

Hope to build a stable mixed reef focused more on the fish initially while I find my sea legs (so to speak).

I've got lots of questions / curiosities I'm sure to bore you with but please bare with. And a big thank you in advance for this community and all the knowledge sharing.

To be honest I haven't seen much around at all.

I think I saw a small batch in a tank for $50-60 per kg. I'll check next time i'm at the LFS

what part of S.A.? I used to live in Adelaide (Eden Hills).

Welcome to the club, thanks for joining. I spent some time last year in Melbourne, and there are great reef shops for sure. Let us know what you want your tank to be when it grows up.

One word - stable

More seriously - a colourful, vibrant little aquatic world for me and my kids to nurture and explore. Initial goals are to be able to just keep some fish alive and myself sane and able to maintain it comfortably.
