Thanks

I just removed the frag I wasn't sure about in the first place and probably shouldn't have put it into my tank, it was only in there for 2 days hopefully they dont pop up anywhere else

This is my 75 gallon I set up a while ago, I'm new to the saltwater aquarium hobby and I think I jumped into the deep end before learning to swim with a reef tank but I'm going to stick with it, threads like these help a lot

Beautiful tank ...don't be too hard on yourself ...we've all been there ..but some advice ...never buy on impulse ...first research coral/fish first ...
Always inspect and dip coral before adding too your tank ....
If in doubt about anything ..ask on here don't be shy ....anything serious add #reefsquad too your post ...and the calvary will come running ....

I did the dip with bear and the seachem one (red in color) but that bugger still made it past the dips,

What do you recommend for dipping corals?

Dip will not kill these the easy way would be to remove the frag and use superglue to completely cover the offending article.:)

TJ, it looks like you are off to a pretty good start. I did something very similar to you when I started. I bought a 30g tank and stand at a garage sale and had no idea how to keep a saltwater tank. Heck, I didn't even know you could keep live coral! It takes time to get comfortable with all the crazy ins and outs and conflicts of keeping a reef tank. Just fell comfortable about asking questions as you have them. I didn't even think about internet websites for my questions until I had been in the hobby for over a year!

Welcome and good luck.
