Notifications not working!!

I'm on an Android but my screen is showing far more options than you are showing. The 2 operating systems can't be that different. You are at a different place in the app than I am.

This is what I see when I open my app. This is my home screen. And when I click the little menu or settings icon I get the window in the previous picture I attached that displayed my name at the top... I'm over it lol I am not helpless in using apps and figuring stuff out but this one I really cannot wrap my head around :/

I get a notification on my actual phone as if an email would come through or something, but when I go to my notifications in the app is empty - go figure

Any updates to this? I'm in the same situation with an iPhone
