Nova Extreme Pro Noise

I just set up my new Nova Extreme Pro 20" lights. The fans are quiet, but it seems that the ballast is noisy. Anyone else have this experience.

Any suggestions on different lights for a 29g Biocube?

on one of their fixtures, i noticed some noise and opened it up to find a couple screws loose and allowing the ballast to vibrate. you might check into that.

I would open it and tighten down the screws
