Nuisance algae

Hey y'all.
I am wondering if anyone can ID my algae and suggest any solutions. The only two options that can be feeding this algae. I think one of my Nassarius snails died recently. The other option is that once a moth I give my live rock an acid bath because the algae comes back every month.
My best guess is diatoms but I have no idea.
