An update on the tank. Algae seems beaten. I took the main light off. Just two fish in there... a tomato Clown and a ternate damsel. The yellow coris wrasse died recently. Honestly, I made some bad decisions accepting free coral and fish. It costed me in terms of pest and disease.

I will switch direction to this tank. Maybe to a fish only. I am unsure as I no longer have a light on it. Just room lights.

I might move some of my mollies in. After the Clown and damsel are removed of course.
I am still unsure if I will pull them out.

The tomato clown and damsel will be removed this weekend. The initial restock will be a cardinalfish of some sort and hopefully a pair of skunk clownfish. Overall, now that I won't be accepting corals and fish for free (now that I know free likely means with pest) hopefully things will go better next time. I have done well with easy fish the last 2 years after the initial crash. My freshwater tanks have done even better. Now I am hoping for foray back into a relatively well stocked tank and see what happens.
