The game had a playoff atmosphere. Poorly officiated but a good game nonetheless. They play again on the 8th.

I love Dale... He is a huge reason the Hawks drafted so well. He earned the ring the Blackhawks gave him. That Cup had so much to do with him. He will bring great hockey to the Panthers for a long time.


Every game is poorly officiated Andy... Its the NHL!!! Hahahahaha!

All is right with the world. The Wings wooped the Hawks twice in the last week! Where were the Hawks in overtime? Looked like pylons in a skating drill as the Wings skated all over them! Both good games. Wings tied a 47 year old franchise record for consecutive home wins at 14!

I hate to admit it but your Wings are hands down the best team right now. Unless things change I see another Championship banner hanging in the rafters of The Joe. Kudos to the wings.

Wow! While I tend to agree this statement must have been extremely difficult for you to type. A lot still has to go right but they are definitely a contender. Unfortunately they aren't as good on the road as they are at home.

Howard leads the league in wins. While I agree Lundqvist is very good there isn't much seperating He and Howard. The Wings also have a deep defence and tons of cap room for trade deadline moves. Pro rated they can pick up around $17 million in salary at the deadline! This team is gonna be a lot better by the time the playoffs roll around.
