One Month In - 15 AIO

Tank is one month old today. Here is a pic with all the parameters that I can currently track and the livestock included - no fish yet. I have probably been overfeeding the shrimp so I am cutting back on that.

Please share any thoughts to help stay on track.

Your tank is very young, which means it might start the "ugly phase" soon. During this time corals can struggle really badly. If you started the tank with 100% live rock, you might be able to skip the diatom and/or green hair algae (GHA) phase to a large extend, but just know that introducing corals this early can be really challenging.

Starfish need a well established tank and are extremely hard to keep over long periods of time. Most of them appear to starve sooner or later, even if they are getting fed. It seems to be very difficult to provide them with what they actually need, especially over years. If you still want to try it, I recommend reading a lot about how to take care of them and maybe return yours until your tank has aged a bit.

Mushroom corals and some zoanthids can grow very aggressively. It's not as bad as green star polyp (GSP) or xenias, but I recommend letting them grow on separate "islands" detached from the main rockwork of your aquascape. This way you won't end up with a tank overgrown by a single coral species.

I forgot to add my favorite hitchhicker, just found about a week ago crawiing around this rock. Any tips to help keep this one alive?

He is about the size of a pea rn.
