Orange patch on LR

Hi Experts, Noticed a bright orange patch on a LR. This rock been in the tank for very long and I don't remember adding anything new lately.

And it glows under blue light too..

Not sure if it is safe or I should just remove the rock... suggestions please.

Yup, I have a variety in my tank that looks like little red sps but I dose phytoplankton daily.
I do as well, but my tank has yet to be blessed with sponges and filter feeders (I guess my fish and cleanup crew are working overtime).
