I just wanted to post about an awesome experience I had with Bill Wann. I've been in the process of building my new system with his help and was contemplating using my old Reef Dynamics CA reactor or at the very least selling it and replacing it for one of A/E's new automatic reactor. Problem is that a piece of the piping , including bubble counter was broke during my move a few years back. Not an easy fix given that the pipe snapped right at an elbow. I tried calling/emailing Jeff at Reef Dynamics for repair but I discovered that they are no longer in business. I told Bill about this to see if it can be repaired and he offered to fix the part and didn't not even charge to fix it! Outstanding customer service and its really nice to see someone try and fix something rather than just replace it.

Great post. Good news for sure. Rare for such service these days. Rare ;)
