I haven't used any yet, but the RapidLED Par38 looks to be the best, and is gonna be the one I buy when I set up a lil pico cube in the next few months. It has 7 LEDs and the combo is 3 Royal Blue, 1 Blue, 2 Cool White, and 1 Warm White and it uses all CREE XR-E LEDs. Here's a link 7 LED PAR38 Bulb - Rapid LED

Hate to say it but not a fan of PAR38...The LEDs are sound but have experimented with many over the last two years and the ballast/driver in the bulb is the Achilles Heal.

They simply do not last based on our field testing. Some do but most don't...
