I have an RODI system but seems that my tab water line pressure is quite low, would a permeate pump help with increase the pressure? Any suggestions.. Thanks.

No, it only works with the available pressure and is handy if you use a pressurized storage tank.
The permeate pump forces product water into the storage tank, reducing membrane back pressure and maximizing available feed pressure.

I would think a booster pump would be a better bet. 60psi or higher for best quality and product produced to waste ratio.
