I have been seeing more each week on this octospawn. Little soft brown dots that seems to close up when I touch them. Should I remove?

Dont see planaria which are generally attracted to SPS
Keep it simple and remove frag to a container of tank water. Brush with toothbrush or scrape the skeleton clean and return to tank

Thank you for the replies! I suspect it is whatever is leaving those little white cups in that area?

believe the little white cups are spirorbid worms, generally harmless.
