Petco rescue, two tangs

I guess I could fill my whole kitchen island with 5 gallon tanks... I did do two doses of prazipro, do you think that was good enough? I was a little concerned that there could be other parasites so I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to medicate everyone since I'm already preparing the food for the tangs

Two doses 5-7 days apart will cover most flukes.

I wouldn’t worry about it in your display unless you’ve seen white-stringy poop. It’s pretty much reef-safe, but not 100% without risk. If you do see white-stringy poop then I would treat them all.

I just went too a petco the other week and they won’t get my money anymore. All their saltwater fish looked absolutely terrible. I’ve never felt bad for fish but did that day

I finally got a semi decent shot of the blue tang while she wasn't hiding. She still looks bad but a lot better than she did on Friday

definitely finish the prazipro had good sucess with a flame angel that had parasities in it. Then the copper slowly bringing levels up. Just remeber all these are meant to help them but can harm them just as much with the shock from it all. In their condidtion just do it all slowly and with pristine water condition.

How’s the blue tang this morning? I’m just going back over this and a little concerned at how red that area on it’s face looks. Has it changed much since you’ve had her?

She seems to be doing quite well, swimming more and eating as soon as I put food in the tank. I can see if I'm able to get some better pics when I get home from work. To me it looks like her face is getting a little better

Ok, that’s good. If it looks like it starts getting worse or she starts breathing very rapidly, let us know.

Ok, did you say you have antibiotics on hand? I would start them for her tonight...

If you haven’t done a water change since the prazi dose, do a change first and then go ahead and add the first dose. Make sure the water is heavily aerated.
