Would a pharmacy that does compounding possibly have it available without saccharin?
No compounding wouldn’t remove the saccharin. :(

I have some Kent marine kh buffer that I use in my top off water, I'll make sure to monitor ph closelyI think if your tank is at 1.017 I would start bringing it down, hypo is the most gentle especially on a possibly fragile fish.
Just make sure to keep an eye on your PH as it can drop during hypo.
Keep the fenbendazole in case something happens and you need it for an emergency
I thought it may be worth a shotNo compounding wouldn’t remove the saccharin. :(
The lower salinity is probably helping as well. Hypo-salinity is another option for prazi-resistant flukes....
5 days as 1.011 kills adults and prevents eggs from hatching:
Hyposalinity

I've read about that, I will go super slow with itBe careful if you do the hyposalinity about the return to normal the way up is more dangerous.
You really can drop the salinity with no acclimation at all. I drop almost all of my fish straight into 1.009 on arrival. Doesn’t have any negative effect at all. Just have to make sure your refractometer is properly calibrated so you don’t mistakenly go too low.
It looks like the infection is gone, if she hits the light just right I can see a bit of red for a second. Do you think that could just be blood vessels I'm seeing in her gill plates with the HLLE she has? It’s been more than 14 days, if she seems like she’s doing OK without them now, I would just hold off on the antibiotics.
If you do the bath while in hypo, the salinity would have to match between the two. I’m not sure if that will affect the dosage, I’ll see what I can dig up.
Thank you... I should probably go grab a better refractometer than I have@Mjrenz yes I did the hypo. I liked it so much that I have incorporated it as part of every new quarantine. I took them down over a period of just a couple hours. Going down does not seem to be a problem in salinity. Going back up I did take it slow taking almost a week to get it back to the 1.026. I did not use other medications in the tank while in hypo.
There are tests that are out there to show that the flukes die quickly and the eggs are no longer viable after five days.
I suggest using two different types of refractometers to make sure you hold at 1.009. Check pH But I did not have a problem and never needed to add anything to raise it.
I use the 1.009 as evaporation would raise it a little bit and I want to be sure to stay at or below 1.011 use the 1.009 as evaporation would raise it a little bit and I want to be sure to stay at or below 1.011
I left her in for 15 minutes and she has her color back. She's hiding right now and appears to be breathing normal. I have the salinity at 1.015@ngoodermuth @Frtdrmrose7 @HotRocks @Big G she's looking quite listless and pale again, I just put her in MB again. Can it be overdosed? She looks better already but has only been in less than 10 minutes
If the MB is helping, it's probably either that there is still infection lingering, or her gills are severely damaged from the flukes. You can add MB right to the QT. It's safe to use with lowered salinity. HOWEVER, it will wipe out the bio-filter.@ngoodermuth @Frtdrmrose7 @HotRocks @Big G she's looking quite listless and pale again, I just put her in MB again. Should I put prime in with it?If the MB is helping, it's probably either that there is still infection lingering, or her gills are severely damaged from the flukes. You can add MB right to the QT. It's safe to use with lowered salinity. HOWEVER, it will wipe out the bio-filter.

I have the MB and prime in the tank for right now, praying she does well tonightI'm doing a little more research, hypo-salinity is fine to use with antibiotic treatments as well.

So, you could re-dose the antibiotics, too. If you use MB, you will definitely need to add prime... probably daily.
That mixture... Furan-2, Sulfaplex, and MB... is essentially NFG.
I am excited to report that we have a much healthier looking baby Dory this morning! I went just a little bit further than you recommended with the hyposalinity last night @ngoodermuth, luckily with no ill effects, it's at 1.011 right now. I think we're on the right track!

Staining is fine just so long as it keeps her alive:)Happy to hear it! Just keep an eye on ammonia with the MB, and I forgot to mention it stains everything blue... so there’s that lol
