Since we got off subject, baby Dory is still doing well after her water change. I think the methelyne blue and hyposalinity is just what she needed!

I have a perfect remedy to remove it, 2oz of vodka, tomato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire, horseradish, salt, pepper, celery, a pickle, and some string cheese. Afterwards you should wash your hands ;Shamefullyembarrased
Although effective any time of day, this treatment is best administered around 10am every other Sunday with brunchI'm in, sign me up! I approve of your bloody Mary ingredients!
I’m so sorry about the yellow but so glad to hear the blue is ok! Your awesome. I will try to get ahold of ckalupa. Keep up the good work!Unfortunately we lost Mr Yellow Tang:( but baby Dory is doing well after a few close calls. @ckalupa has secured a bigger tank(by personally guaranteeing the purchase) and is accepting donations towards it

I really appreciate it, I'll see what I can get togetherI just came across this post and read all 45 pages. It doesn’t get any better than this!
If you are still looking for supplies for your larger tank, if you have time could you put another list together? I have few items that I would like to donate if still needed.
Keep up the great work, you are a true inspiration!
Still good to see himThe combination of her hiding and the blue water are making it difficult to get a good pic but she's doing great!

Sorry, it's been a long day, I'll get an updated pic up in a minute:)Bro, where’s our nightly update?:) @Mjrenz
You got everything needed now that you are turning the corner to the home stretch hopefully
I haven't gotten the new tank yet so I'm not completely sure what's included with it. Currently the only thing I think that I need to get is a better refractometer than the one I have and some calibration fluid. If you had something particular in mind I won't turn it down if I can use it:)I just came across this post and read all 45 pages. It doesn’t get any better than this!

It's the only salt I've ever used so I'm not even sure how it compares to other brands. It's also the only salt my lfs sells so I started with it based off of his recommendation. It does mix up well with very little to no precipitate and all the parameters are extremely consistent from one bucket to the next, I've never had any surprises when I test my waterSo how do you like the Tropic Marin @Mjrenz? Have you ever used anything else to compare to it?
I used TMP and was convinced to change to Red Sea when I got my Reefer 425xl. I just switched back, after using it for a year. I’m very happy that I did. Water is clearer and so far, less algae. Mixes clearer and no residue in mixing containerSo how do you like the Tropic Marin @Mjrenz? Have you ever used anything else to compare to it?
Here she is, looking better than ever! Sorry it took so long tonight, I got home a little late from work and then had to change out di resin. I also just bought and installed a second di canister so I can stop throwing out unused resin
