Being dosing NO3 PO4 X for a litle over a month to bring Nitrates and Phos down on my 210 and calcium was around 360 so I started dosing Kalkwaser. PH dropped to 7.4 and calcium went to 480.
And to top it off Skimmer pump broke and sat for a day till I got home and noticed.
So I am trying to figure out the drop in PH, was it the NOPOX? Or the rise in calcium or the water not being oxygenated cause of the broken pump

No idea how much kalkwasser you would need to add to go from 360 to 480, but it's a lot. I expect that is testing error, and have little confidence that your pH reading is any more accurate, to be honest.

For example, these two were within .06 of each other then the first one dropped down to the lie 6s over night. Meanwhile everything is still doing fine.

What I dint realize was 1 gallon of water mixed with 2 scoops of Kalkwasser would raise the calcium that fast

I think not. That is likely test error. The corresponding alkalinity dose would be +16.8 DKH.
