So i have been wracking my brain for about three months now with this zoa paly not opening issue. all perameters were fine or within range, LFS says no pospates, silicates, nitrates, ammonia, everytin is good. Well if you have problems like zoas and palys are actin weird, some unaffected some are, get a hanna meter its cheap and accurate to .04. Model Han-hi713. cause eventhough LFS uses a liquid test kids which read 0 my hanna meter read .26. thanks to those who have helped me work threw this issue, Darren, Nick, more people whould be like these two in this hobby believe me. So hopefully with some water changes and the boipellet reactor i got this issue should be cleared up in about a month.

Not high p04..I have had them thrive in higher nitrate tanks but not po4..Good luck josepy1

yea they love dirty water not scummy lol.. I love my new hanna meter though. ill keep everyone posted.

lps are fine chalices are fine, SPS all Stn mushrooms softies Z and p all angry.. fish are unaffected. Its weird the z's and p's are not all dying but just not fully open,
