I want to takes photos / videos of my tank's progress as I add new fish or coral. Does anyone know or use any photography filters for videoing? Currently I have to turn my blue light bulb off and put the full spectrum on just so my phone can see what's going on.

I'm having good results dimming the blue and taking pics with phone. A DSLR camera and shooting in RAw will allow you to postprocess but that's a whole added process!

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
