Phytofeast and Rotifeast questions

Do people use these products? I never really could tell if the phytofeast was doing anything. I added it to help feed the filter feeders. My lfs guy recommended the roti feast for feeding sps and zoas. I did notice that my zoas have been more open since feeding rotifeast. I do worry about adding too much food to the tank. what do people think?

I went through a phase, of using Phytofeast. All I noticed was an increase in the amount of glass cleaning I did...lol. Now I feed frozen Cyclopeeze and sometimes Coral Frenzy.

I notice an increase in my pod population when dosing phytoplankton.
