Pipe organ question

I received a pipe organ in the mail a few weeks ago. It stayed pretty tight for the first week (could see the coral polyps but never extended) and has slowly closed all the way up. Will it come back or should I assumed it didn't handle the move? I see there is a hitchhiker of a zoa that is growing on it. So I am trying to decide what to do with it. Thanks

Make sure it's getting good flow to avoid detritus and algae buildup.

Yes. It is in the middle of my tank under good flow. The leathers near it are happy. I have used a turkey baster every few days to keep it clean.

I have found them to be very, very fragile.
