My KH is rising and I don’t know why. Had been at 9.0 for weeks. Now it’s went from 9 to 9.4 and now 9.7 and I can’t open the chart on my phone or computer to even see what’s going on. I tried to reset it and that did all of nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it being tested by hand or by kh director? If KHD how old is the probe? Alos I used to use the Hannah alk tester and if I didn't use the reagent quick enough it would start showing bad results

KH director. It’s reading but I can’t open the chart for some reason on any application now.

the chart has nothing to do with why your readings are off if your alk is going up. The charts only show you that's its going up not why. so if you already know its going up and aren't sure why the charts aren't going to fix that
