Please help me and pray for my dog

So good to hear great news for Max!! Your love for him is going to make his recovery so easy.. Can't wait to see pics of him swimming!

Dang Mr.E sounds like a trial. Glad it all worked for you and your pup. I've had 2 three legged dogs in my time-they are great. We just had to put the 2nd of the two down about 10months ago. Boy was she a fighter. Rescued coyote wolf mix from the desert named luna. Watched her get hit by a big rig and that is when she lost her leg(its an amazing story) than years and years later she was in the car with my sister when she was hit by a drunk driver and both were crushed in the accident and had to have legs rebuilt with pins and rods(sis made an amazing recovery) but now poor luna not only had 3 legs but her only back one was now bionic with metal rods. She was 14 and acted maybe 3 :) gotta love the additions to the family-dogs rock.

Hi Just catching up on this thread! I am filled with joy to see Max happy and being his doggy self! please give him a kiss for me right on his snooty!
Barbara

Just an update, max is doing very well. He hasnt changed a bit other than he cant run up the stairs like he used to but he still figures it out. Hardest thing he has to deal with is that every once in awhile he tries to put his back leg up and falls lol its pitiful but so adorable at the same time. I couldnt wish for a better dog and better friends to support both he and I. Thanks everyone :)

Awww :) Poor Max! I think he'll live quite a few more years in your family! :)
We got a 15-17 year old Mutt we rescued before I was born! She's a sweetie and has Arthuritus and can't walk too well anymore, I think our new puppy is keeping her "in shape" lol

Yeah we are looking to get another labrador pretty soon for him. He needs a little friend to play with because he still thinks hes a puppy :)

Glad to hear he's doing good.
Exactly what I need today after a tough day at work and then doing home work with my son was something like this. :)

If we all would learn from this, I would say loosing my best freind Dolly of ten years was sad i cried for a week but loosing a child is even worse it rip,s your heart out of your chest but loosing my wife would be the worst of the worst a year ago i was coming home from work and was t boned by another vehicle i spent 16 days in the hospital fighting for my life, with my wife always by my side she means so much to me. This has total changed my life, I am no longer the man i use to be or can no longer due the thing i use to do but thank God for my wife who now has to go to work so we can make ends meet, The point to this whole story is this, if you were to dye today were would you go? I know were i would be because, I know Jesus Christ as my savior the saddest thing for me is to loose someone that dont know Jesus and to know were they are at today never to have a chance again to accept him as Lord and Savior and to spend the rest of there life in Hell/ Torment .So what ever life i have left i am going to tell people about Jesus the only hope they have in this world that is bound to self destruct, Unless people turn from there wicked ways and turn then to God then he will heal this land of freedom we know once existed. The power of prayer works Amen. Romans 10;9 That if you confess with your mouth Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved.

This was a nice thread about the love and support of a dog, please don't make this a religious thing.
I'm Jewish and therefore don't believe in Jesus and I don't think I should be bombarded with it here.
