Please help me and pray for my dog

My prayers sre with you and your dog..keep the faith and he will be ok.
I have a now7 year old shnowsy named Brewster. About 3 years ago we found a bump on his shoulder. Im a worry wort so although it was tiny I still gook him to the vet, after alot of tests we found out it was the big bad "C". Had the surgery. He has been ok but we almost lost him. Doc said it might come back, it hast yet but I know prayer works..
Good luck with everythin and you guys definately will be in my prayers.

Man this post makes me sad just reading it. So glad your buddy is doing well. It's a shame how many dogs suffer from cancer. We had a tumor removed from our dog about 6 months ago, having no children, she is our baby. Don't even want to think of a day without her. This is my first dog, and I'm amazed at what a great joy they can bring to your life. So glad to hear your pup is happy and healthy again.

Thankyou everyone for the kind words and prayers. I really appreciate it as does max. Here he is in his favorite spot watching some saturday college football, or at least he was :) 1381607080010.jpg

Quick update, max is doing better than ever. Hes back to his old self where hed steal everything and anything off the counter top (which is over 4 ft up) so I am appalled at how he accomplishes this but his latest feat was stealing a massive bag of kettle corn. Of course, how could you be mad at a 3 legged dog this cute?

Glad he's doing better

Wow! What a great and sad thread at the same time, definitely brought up some emotions/memories of last two Black Labs we had to put down Ebony at 14 and Lady at 13 from complications. Still brings very fond memories when seen in family photos and such. We now have two 4 year old rescued Boston Terriers Nattie & Pip and a rescued Wire Haired Pointer cross Shadow thats either 11 or 14 years old now ? Love them like children and try not to think about one day having to let them go as well. Feel teary-eyed just typing these words out. Glad you have your friend a little longer.

Cheers, Todd

Yeah I honestly don't know what id do with out him. Hes just the happiest dog alive and doesnt even act like hes handicapped besides when we have food and he wants us to feel bad haha. Dogs are truely mans best friend and its said their lives are so short because they're born to just love and care while people have to learn how. Thanks for your kind words along with everyone elses :) max is currently nursing on his blanket on his bed. Yes he nurses and hes 10 years old. Hes special haha

Haven't been on r2r in quite awhile and figured this would be a good place to start. Max is now over a year free from cancer and loving everyday of it! Thanks everyone for all your kind wishes and prayers :)

Austin, that is FANTASTIC news thank you for sharing.

Cheers, Todd

Im so sorry to hear. Im sure your guy will pull though. He looks like a strong wise dog :)
