Please Help with ID

Left the house on Friday for a weekend away and as far as I know...there were none of these things. Got back this afternoon and there are at least 10-12 of them hanging all over the back wall. Probably a half inch in length on average. After watching them for a few minutes they don't seem to be moving at all.

I realized that as soon as I saw them, they didn't look that bad on my phone I didn't think. Here are a couple in the tank that hopefully are better

I will say that I did not like the looks of them in my sump....so I made the attempt to remove them. There were tons of them. I later just started over looking them. However, I will say that their population will continue to grow.
