Please show me your out-of-the-floor-or-wall water change apparatus & connections

Sorry for the long thread name...

I am working on plumbing my mixing station up one level from my basement to my tank.

The mixing station threads have plenty of excellent options for the mixing stations but very few that include the terminal tank connections. It appears some folks plumb directly into their sumps and that some have a hose built in or mounted somewhere nearby to enable siphoning and filling? I am interested in learning about as many options as possible.

Good idea for a thread, I've been thinking about doing this too for a while but haven't come up with a really clean solution. Not so much for a mixing station but for doing water changes - tired of pulling out the Python and/or lugging buckets.
