Pods or bugs?

I know I should be able to easily ID these guys but just to make sure. I've had these guys living under my power head while the lights are on. They've been there for days now.

I've got no idea why my wrasses havent taken them out.

Might be red bugs.

The red bugs don't live on glass.
Could be some kind of snail.
