Possible new tank

I'm looking for some feed back here. I have some extra cash and I'm tired of the size of my BioCube 29. I have enough room to get the new Nuvo 40 and put it in the same spot as my BioCube. I also have a 90 gallon waiting for my basement to be finished. Should I get the 40 gallon until I can save up enough to get my basement finished. If I do get it. Is it possible to plum in the 40 to my 90 gallon and use it as a frag or just for fish tank later?? Any help would be great.

Setting it up and pluming the systems together would be the best option if you can't wait lol. But if it were me I would use the extra cash to buy equipment for the 90 and finish basement then do a frag later if you still want

I figured that would be the better idea. I'm just so tired of not having any room in my cube

That's always the case. I haven't had that problem yet since I'm still new to the hobby but I'm always seeing it.
