Hello all!

New to Reef2Reef, back into the hobby after a few years. Hoping someone can put my mind at ease. My Waterbox 20 is 73 days old, I have CaribSea LifeRock and special grade live sand, cycled with Dr. Tim's. Smooth sailing up to 2 weeks ago, this algae has begun to reer its ugly head. Past tanks were all started with live rock, so this is a new journey.

My nutrients never exploded out of control prior to the bloom. Hoping this isn't one of the nefarious low nutrients types. Appears to be hair algae but not quite what I remember from my previous tank awhile back, seems more coarse then GHA. Hoping it's just an ugly phase foe that can be mitigated with good husbandry and tank maturity.

Posted pics of mu nitrate and phosphate logs. I'm using Hannah checkers. My nitrates bottomed out last week so I added a little NeoNitro by referral to raise them a bit out of a fear of dinos. Recent small phosphate spike was feeding a few frags some Reef Roids. We have two clowns, added one 52 days ago and the other 32 days ago. They get pellets daily, rarely anything left over. I would feed frozen a few times a week but stopped once this algae appeared.

Appreciate any input!

Looks like hair algae. The filaments appear to be matted and could indicate another nuisance organism covering the filaments.
