Preferred wave maker for cube tanks

Hey guys wondering what everyone prefers to use for flow for their cube tanks, SPS dominant specifically. I have a 40 gallon cube running two jebao sow-8 on each side kind of offset front to back blowing at each other and then a Nero 5 bottom rear corner but have been wondering bout changing up the pumps. My tank is an AIO so can’t really put the pumps on the back wall as then the exterior magnets would be submerged in water. I’ve been thinking about maybe trying some gyres?

Gyres are always good. I haven't kept up with the latest on the market, but my old Ice Cap gyres even pop in two in case you only want to use half-- like in a smaller tank. ;)

absolutely, give a gyre a try. I've found that a single gyre will generally create more widespread, gentle, chaotic flow than 2x "regular" powerheads. Hygger and maxspect are great in my experience. jebaos work fine (sometimes), but I absolutely hate their controllers. check these out:

hygger is more cost effective, but maxspect pump hardware is noticeably more robust, which is especially apparent when you disassemble for occasional cleaning.

You think I should go for one our two? They also have a 4K gph version…
