I just set up my new 7 stage RO/DI filter yesterday. The pressure gauge is reading 0. The unit itself seems to be working fine, I made 50 gallons of water yesterday. I went to the hardware store and picked up a gauge and put it inline at the source water and I am getting 50psi.

Is it possible that I have a bad gauge, or I have it hooked up wrong? I have the red line going to my source water. The black to the drain and the blue going to the DI.

Pics of the filter.
Was the gauge working yesterday?
And there is a knob you can open a close to flush the system. Just make sure that's closed.

No, the gauge never worked right out of the box.
Yes, there is a flush valve on the system. It is off when I am making water.

I would go and unhook the water line going into the pressure gauge. Take the line coming directly from the water source and hook that up to the pressure gauge just to make sure the gauge is actually working or not.

@rolibr24 this sounds like a faulty gauge. If you have water flowing from the RODI system, the pressure is definitely above 0 psi. If you reach out to our customer service team, we'll make make it right.
