Problems with hydras

[landlocked Reefer13]

So I have 1 Red Sea max 26 light and 1 AI hydra 26HD. I can connect the one light but I can’t get the other one to connect for the life of me. I have seen a few people with similar issues but I can’t seem to find any fixes. Does anyone on here know of anything I can try to get these lights connected to the app? I have tried every combination of button pushing trying to get the light to go into blue/green/red blinking but i can’t get it too do it.

You say app as singular but have two different brands of lights. RS is going to run on reefbeat and the Hydra 26 uses My Ai and i believe is also compatible with mobius.
Apologies if I'm misunderstanding and you are using both apps.
