Problems with videos playing from Iphone 11

Hello,

Actually, this has happened the entire time I have had my R2R account, but I have had alot of problems with no videos playing after I upload them to posts. It uploads 100% every time, then a grey arrow with a partial line through it pops up and doesn't play. Any ideas? I am pretty tech savvy, but haven't been able to figure this out. I have used Google chrome, Firefox, and other web browsers, all same outcome.

It's a browser issue beyond our control - safari doesn't work properly with uploaded videos.
If you switched over to chrome, you'd see it just fine.

@evolved i just switched to chromosome and still couldn’t see videos

They have never worked for me with Firefox on a PC. I hear the audio but no video.

Could it be an mkv file compatibility issue? I’ve been trying to upload a video to a thread, but it won’t play once uploaded. I’ll try my wifes samsung and see it that works
