I´m not sure everyone understand what i mean with append data

This is my pH 1 graph from yesterday

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.27 AM.PNG

Now i want to append the data from the last 12 hours - back to probe/sensor controls - measurements data.

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.27 AM 001.PNG

Press read and save. I have already saved data before - the program remember where. First time to save - you have to chose a place. The file 180129.txt is the one I use at the moment

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.28 AM 001.PNG

Press Save. The question about append or not will come up, Chose yes if you want to append

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.28 AM 002.PNG

The data loading

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.29 AM.PNG

Chose display measurements data - and you will see even the latest data

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.30 AM.PNG

Some explanations. You can see a straight line between 29.01.18 and 01.02.18. P4 has a limited storage memory (just over 8100 data points). If there is more data to store the computer erase the oldest data but the graph compensate for lost data with a straight line

If i want to see closer what happens between 08:03 07.02.18 and 11:32 08.02.18 I put my mouse pointer to the right of 11:32 08.02.18. Press left mouse button and drag to 08:03 07.02.18

Screen Shot 02-08-18 at 11.53 AM.PNG

To go back - dubble click on the graph. You can magnify every part of the graph through this way - just mark the latest data you want to see and drag to the left. You can even magnify a magnified part. To go back to original chart - just dubble click on the chart

Sincerely Lasse

If you need access to the GHL app best to setup VPN rather than port forward. I used to use port forwarding, then reading about its security implication or lack off, put me off.

@ispookie666 - have you added your P4 to the MYGHL cloud also?

As you can see above I have both connections.

One is through the GHL cloud service to my device and the second is a direct connection which I can do while on my network or if I want to VPN in and do.

I have yet to use the VPN connection since the added the GHL cloud connection It been fast and without any issues. This was introduced I believe 4 updates ago.

I'm still using the old boy P3 ex.
It's painfully slow for me and connection drops off, hence relying on VPN.

Yea - I love the old webserver.

However - I have some problem at work - can´t access MyGHL through my organisations intranet. There is some blocked things. But they have promise to set up a virtual network just for our P3 controllers - but it will take time.

Sincerely Lasse

I’m no longer able to see any charts in GHL connect. When I click on the data chart it returns a message saying that there’s no data available for this period, changing periods doesn’t help. I can only access the historical data through my laptop and GCC. I tried reinstalling everything and that didn’t work.

Anyone else had this issue/found a solution?
