Programming radion

How can I make a new program setting for my radions? I want to do it off line and then upload it.

Which lights (model & Gen) and how are you controlling the lights? Ive used eco smart live with a reeflink via a web browser and also Mobius both which both allow the schedule to be changed in the program. Im not aware of any way if your not in communications with the light but I've never used them without being connected to the lights one way or the other.
Maybe someone who ran only using the onboard controls will see this and can help out.
