pump upgrades

I have a 45gal jbj I am thinking about upgrading the main pumps I have read that using the Cobalt Aquatics Power Head/Pump MJ1200 are the way to go.

I have also heard of adding a set of Innovative Marine AUQA Gadget - Universal Spin Stream Nozzles.

Any comments on this

I use the spin streams and they help change the water directions.
