QT Setup Help

I am going to set up a QT when i move. I dont know much about it because i havent used one before. Im looking for suggestions on size, filtration, lighting and anything else that may be required! Thanks

you can QT almost anything your going to add to your tank. corals and fish. great way to watch for pest you dont want in your main.

The reason i ask is if your QTing all your corals(i dont, just do dips) then it will get more expensive as your going to need new lights. Ha i dont even QT my fish lol, knock on wood no problems yet!

i would think for a qt tank you should go around 30-40 gallons that way not too small to limit what fish you can qt yet not too big where you would overlook things such as pests

i only set up a QT as needed, ik alot of other reefers that do that as well and some keep one up all the time, i only do it as needed
