Hi. Lately I noticed this white patch growing on the red monti. Is it bleaching? Would it help if I moved it to a lower level? Attached is the photo of the coral and the whole tank.

What is your lighting and flow like? They like higher lighting and flow, red monti's can get by with less light and flow but still needs a certain amount. How long have you had it?

About 2 weeks. I would say the monti probably gets mid lighting and mid flow, given its location in the tank.

I have a basic LED which came with the tank, but we also have a sun roof in our living, so the corals get a healthy amount of sunlight as well.
