Good evening reefers, Help me out here, I have been having extreamly bad experaniance with a new tank that I purchased. The maufacture states quoated "The pedestal base is, in fact, pre-assembled" so pre-assembled in my mind is that you take it out of the box and it's all put together. When I put it together it was very wobble. I did contact the manufacture and they advised me to turn the base upside down and install all the cam screw's like AKia. Is this a pre-assembled base if you have to screw in all the cam screws ? Whats people thoughs, In my opion it's very misleading. I also had other issues that I will get to later.,
Thanks for your input in advance

It's a Esshops MP100, I got it at Premium Aquitics
I’m with you, I would think that you take it out of the box and set the aquarium on it.

Oh, It does not stop there, I also am having plumbing issues and the immedually point the finger at the customer fault. I explained that I hired a certifed plummer to do look after that part who is an aquarist himself. I purchase the tank in May and with all the going back and forth between taking pics for them and here we are in Sept and I haven't been able to move my fish over from my waterbox tank. Never had any issues with waterbox. I should of sticked with them

So sorry, that sounds like a miserable experience, I hope it turns around for you soon.
