Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I figure it's a newbie question so here it goes! I recently discovered that I am unable to post in some forums, main one being the "vendor feedback". Is this something that just takes time to build credibility or do I request permissions somewhere? Thanks for the time!

I don't remember the specific requirements but yes, posting on vendor feedback is restricted. It's really to avoid people coming on and creating an account to flame a vendor that they may have had a bad experience with. The moderators of this forum work very hard to keep things positive. While negative vendor feedback is allowed it follows some very tight rules.

Unfortunately, this also restricts new people's ability to leave positive vendor feedback.

I know there are certain forums that require a certain amount of time and number of meaningful posts (ie: buying/selling forums) but I'm not sure about the vendor feedback. Let's see if we can get you an affirmative answer. #mods.

That's unfortunate! The final straw in me creating this account was sing some praises. I guess I'll wait. Thanks for the reply.
