It’s definitely a thankless experience - just this week I’ve taken time to help people only to see them repost their thread or ask the same exact question a bit later in the thread.

It seems like a lot of people don’t have the attention span to read more than one or two sentences, so spending 20 minutes really digging into their question is often just wasting time.
